• Excellent interpersonal skills for interaction with customers via phone and email
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Internet Explorer and Outlook
• The ability to work on your feet for prolonged periods for order picking and packing
• Desire to work in a team environment
• Outstanding work ethic
