My boyfriend loved his shirt; he even ran down the hall into a dark room to check the glow-in-the-dark slime right away! It did fade slightly but we avoided the shirt's "shrinking problem" (mentioned by other customers) by line drying it.

The back of the shirt is really plain, I think they could have put a proton pack desgin on the back of it to go with the straps on the front of the shirt.

First of all, there is not a Ghostbuster logo on the right breast in the movie, but the right bicep. The proton pack shoulder straps have no D-rings attached on film.Plus the breast pockets are missing.Worst of all [$]. If they are going to price it that high, at least get it right.

I washed and dried this in a normal warm cycle, and after one wash it shrunk and faded. Personally, I feel that it fits much better after it shrunk a bit and the fading just gives it a vintage thrift shop look. That being said, getting it one size bigger isn't a bad idea. I've been happy with every purchase I've made from 80stees.com. I adore this shirt and get a million compliments on it every time I wear it. Certainly a must for a Ghostbusters fan and/or someone who appreciates unique and interesting clothing. Highly recommended!

..Ok, Ghostbuster Rookies except no substitutes.
This shirt is MUCH MUCH better than the lo-end chap - OH Dept.Store versions.
Looks better, is a little heavier.. and in and out of the dark ( or in the presence of the living or dead company ) ..the shirt is a head turner.
Stylistically ..the design took some creative liberties with the shirt. The logo is lowered to the front of the ' Jump suit ' on the tee - cuz there are no long sleeves on the arms * where the Ghost is supposed to be ). Aside from that .. even if just wearing the shirt for day - to - day it's great. People love it and compliment it all the time !!
And i do too !!
I do recommend a ' safe wash ' or a gentle wash or even hand wash for the shirt to keep it in it's best shape.
It does seem to be holding up pretty well after a number of gentle - machine washes tho' !!
The ' ecto plasm ' is 3 - d .. and again it looks so tight, much better than the Department store version where it just looks like a crusty iron on.
This one is much ECTO COOLER !!
..now 'scuse me.. i gotta make a call..

I bought this shirt as a Halloween costume, but will incorporate into my everyday wardrobe. It's really comfortable, not to mention... awesome. The only thing I would change about it is that I would prefer that Venkman's pack be on the back of the shirt, which is just blank. But other than that, it's definitely a cool shirt.

This shirt is awesome! I actually bought two... one for myself and one for my 9 year old brother. I was a little disappointed that there were no child sizes, but the adult small fits him nearly perfectly. it is just a bit long on him. He can almost wear it as a dress. lol
I would've also liked to have seen the shirts with the other ghostbusters' names on them. (Stantz, Spengler, Zeddemore) Maybe having each of the shirts reflect some kind of substance they had on them in the movies. Ray, Egon & Winston could either have pink slime all over them as well (the sewer scene and subsequent museum fight scene from GB2) or they could have marshmallow man fluff on them from the end of GB1. Either way, the ghostbusters aren't just about Venkman so they should have shirts for all four of the guys. :-)

This costume shirt runs a bit more "normal" than a lot of costume shirts that may fit tighter, but the illusion is great and the comments you'll get while out are mostly positive. I highly recommend this to any Ghostbusters fan out there, or fans of costume shirts in general!

Fits great, super design, the glow in the dark slime is pretty cool. Comfort is a little less than normal, since the big design makes the shirt a bit stiffer than I'd like it to be. After wearing it a while, you get used to it. Washes well (inside-out!) and attracts quite a few wonderous looks at the office :-)

I usally wear it in my sparetime or on Ghostbusters Happenings.
Cool that it´s Venkman´s suit and the glow in the dark slime feature is a nice gimmick to it.
The only thing i don´t like about it,is the Ghostbusters Logo on the chest instead on the right arm where it belongs.
