We used them for my grandson's 1st birthday party and everyone loved them. So many people thought it was a great idea that grandma and grandpa came as elmo and cookie monster. Then Elmo really came to the party. Our 17 year old actually wears them to school, I think he started a trend, he told me how all the girls "recognized".

This shirt work out great. It was my son's 2nd birthday and my son wore an Elmo shirt and had and my husband work the Cookie Monster shirt and hat and I 8 months pregnant wore the Big Bird shirt. It was really cute. The grandparents were upset they we didn't have shirts for them.

Fantastic shirt! I think the Cookie Monster face lends itself to this type of face design much more than some of the other Sesame Street characters and I was very pleased with how it looked when worn. I had quite a few people smile when they saw me walking by in the shirt. The material is sturdy and felt very comfortable. I've worn it only once so far, and it weathered its first washing with flying colors - no crackling and no fading.
