- Unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise may be returned or exchanged for a different size, style, a
store credit or a refund within 60 days from the date of shipment.
If an item is
returned for a refund, only the cost of the merchandise will be refunded.
- Shipping costs to send any non-damaged items back to 80sTees.com is the responsibility of the customer. 80sTees.com will be responsible for return shipping costs on defective merchandise only.
- Shipping costs to have an exchange item shipped back to the customer are listed at the bottom
of the invoice back. (Shipping Rates Table) Be sure to check the re-shipping cost and provide credit
card info or enclose a check for the shipping amount due.
- Orders paid for by personal check or money order are not eligible for refunds. These orders
may exchange items for different size or style, but no refunds will be issued.
- Customers that order two of the same item in consecutive sizes and then send one back for refund
may be charged a restocking fee of $5.00. Exact measurements of each shirt are available on every
product page. Instead of double ordering, we ask you to please compare these measurements
to a shirt of your own to make sure you are ordering the appropriate size.
- 80sTees.com will not accept returns or exchanges for any item that has been washed, dried,
damaged or stained in any way. This includes items that have been damaged or shrunk in a
dryer. 80sTees.com is not responsible for bleeding or fading of colors due to washing.
We recommend washing all shirts in cold water and hang drying to prevent discoloration and
shrinkage. For more details on our washing recommendations go to

- If you think you may need to return or exchange a shirt, please keep the invoice that came with your order. Fill out the form on the back side of your invoice and include this in the package being sent back to us. If you have lost your order
invoice, download the back side of the invoice.

- All costume returns must be postmarked within 3 days of receipt of order.
* If the postmark date is after the 3 days, costumes may only
be exchanged for the same costume in a different size or a store credit of the costume price.
*All costume orders placed between October 16th - October 31st may only be exchanged for the
same costume in a different size. No exceptions.
- The following items are non-returnable under any circumstance:
- Latex Masks
- Hats
- Wigs (if packaging has been opened)
- Costume Props (if disassembled from packaging)
- If you need to return or exchange a costume please fill out the form on the back side of the order invoice

- Returns will not be accepted for costumes that have been worn or are not in their original
packaging. If we feel that the costumes have been worn or if the packaging has been torn, we will send
