Be aware, UPS cannot leave a package in your mailbox.

UPS is ultimately responsible for the safe delivery of your package. It is up to the driver's discretion if they feel it is safe to leave a package unattended. If you will not be home to receive your package we recommend sending it to your place of work or a friend's house who will be home.

** Sorry everyone, UPS does not guarantee orders after December 9th.

The holidays are a busy time for everyone, so take this into account when you’re ordering. We’ll ship your package in time, but sometimes unforeseen things happen once your order hits the road. Bad weather or mistakes on the part of UPS can cause your shipments to be late during this crazy time of year. Unfortunately, after December 11th, UPS will not refund Canada Standard packages if they are late. If you want to play it safe, we recommend allowing at least 1 day of cushion in case any problems pop up.
